Assassins Creed, I sold it back to gamestop the same day I bought. It was boring and repetitive.

Try Two Worlds, Dynasty Warriors 6, Jumper, King Kong, The Hulk, Iron Man, Bomberman: Act Zero, Star Wars Republic Heroes, The Golden Compass, Damnation... just from recent memory.
Not to mention the countless horrible sports games.
