2006 for me as well.
I must have played 5 years of a dynasty on PS2. My team was fully loaded from top to bottom.
Won the Heisman with Alley Broussard, Richard Murphy, Ryan Perriloux, and the QB I recruited.

NCAA 06-07 for the last gen systems (PS2/Xbox). 
I actually thought those games looked more realistic than these new ones.
IMO, the new football games have a very cartoon-ish look to them that the old games didn't.
