Owlcat has earned my trust to the point that I will pre-order their stuff at full price. Although I don't get how 3 of the 5 available companions are xenos if you're working at the behest of the inquisition (I haven't read enough books to know if Ogryn aren't considered xenos or not.)

It looks like a lot of fun. No gameplay trailers available yet, but based on Owlcat's track record, I don't even care.

Announcement trailer here.

I’m a HUGE fan of Rogue Trader. One thing Owlcat does really well, is listen to their fans’s feedback. I have every confidence they're gonna knock it out of the park. Cant wait for their “Expanse” game too.

As to your comment about the Xenos companions, Inquisitors (similar to Rogue Traders) are afforded a very long leash with regard to their means and methods of advancing the interests of the imperium. You have some inquisitors that are hardline and would kill every xenos on sight, and others that are less fanatical/more flexible if it serves their goals.

Rogue Trader is 55% off, just FYI. I'm buying it even though my backlog is huge (TWSS).
