Turtle beach stealth 600gen2 audio problems!

Just bought this headset the other day and so far I can’t figure out the audio. When playing alone in full all audio the bass is horrifically bad to the point I cant bare it. Its very scratchy loud no matter how much I turn the settings down in the game the headset or the ps4 settings. Any advice?

And for no particular reason it just fixed itself lol

Ok I’m back to square one. I switched games and it randomly started blaring the loudest bass into my ear drums. Now it’s not going back to normal no matter what I do or what game I’m in and it’s even the same with the normal menu?
So I just rebooted the ps4 pro and now it’s working again. Is this a firmware update issue?

It’s actually the best set I’ve had in a while the only problem is as I was saying whenever I switch between one game to anothe or any other thing it sometimes blares the crap out of my ears. It literally just happened

So the only way to fix the problem is to turn off the ps4pro and turn it back on. Any answers to why my headset gos berserk with piercing sound bass between “apps” that require a reboot please let me know what I have to do. Thank you
