I have to deal with someone like this at least once a day...actually not yesterday, but I had an Asian AMERICAN come in and leave 60 bucks on a $60.18 tab...glad i could contribute to his fricking meal

if they include the tip on the receipt it's because you're party is at least 6 people and yes some receipts suggests how you should tip. Even if they included gratuity, there is no reason to complain...that's the lowest of the fricking low without a doubt

i'd rather not. but i get the point. vari tried to explain it to me last night but the guy from the movie made an interesting point. you go to a restaurant and you're expected to pay a tip at the end. yet you go to mcdonalds, burger king, etc and not expected to give them a tip. also, if someone has to "live" off the tips they make, you'd think they'd leave to find a better paying job. of course, i don't feel that way. i'm just too damn cheap.

well, there were 8 of us. we were celebrating my brother in law getting hearing aids. me and my mom were on 1 ticket, my sis and her husband and parents were one ticket, and his aunts and cousin were on a third ticket. i ended up giving her like 4 or 5 bucks.
