I haven't played a tomb raider game since I had it on my Game Boy color, so I am definitely buying this.

I’ve never played any of the Just Cause games. Are they fun? Can I jump in on 3 and be ok or would I need to play the other two first?

It is an awesome game and very much worth $6. Even though the next 2 visually looked better, the story of the first one is tops.

Tomb Raider, Rise of the Tomb Rider, and Shadow of the Tomb Raider are all great games and hold up very well. I just finished my 3rd play of Tomb raider, and just started my 3rd play of Rise, and Shadow is up after that.
Depending on your OCD you can get anywhere from 20-50 hours out of each game. Some of the QTE's can be annoying though. The jump mechanics can take a bit to get used to due to the camera angles, but you get used to them fast.
Laura Croft has to be on of the toughest video game characters, hell the beating she takes alone in the opening part of TR is brutal.
