Anyone know if there's any current good deals out there? Mainly looking to get some of the recent Mario games.
I see Target has a deal where I can get 50% off a game if I buy the console.

That Target deal is probably as good as it gets for now.
Walmart offers a $330 bundle that gets you a system and a first party title like Super Mario Odyssey, Mario Kart, Zelda, Splatoon, etc.
Don’t believe Best Buy has any promotions right now.

If you think you will mainly play with the switch as a handheld, Nintendo is releasing the switch lite in September. It will be starting at $199. Just an option.

I saw that, but I think I will use it through the TV more often than not.

If you get the online pass ($20 for the year), Nintendo is selling "game vouchers"
Basically it's two full price games for $100.
What I did was buy two $50 eShop cards from Costco and bought the vouchers.
Ended up getting two $60 games for $90.

When I got mine Gamestop was running a special where you could buy a pre-owned system and get 2 pre-owned games for 25% off.
