Has very positive reviews on steam but critics say its meh
Looks like a modern version of Future Shock.
Anyone played it yet? Is it worth 40 bucks or should I wait for a sale?

That's gonna be a wait for sale. Looks like a generic movie licensed game. It's linear. This is definitely a $10-20 game.

Ive read theres sidequests and the maps are bigger, so you got your main objective at one spot on the map and side quests on other parts so not corridor CoD linear.
I will probably wait for a sale, if it didn't have the license itd just be another shooter
