For 9 bucks I think it's worth it. I got about 3 hours of enjoyment out of it and that's a fair price to me. If you have any interest in game design and the tug of war between what the game designer wants to happen and what the player wants to do, you'll love it.

If not, you'll either think it's a fun, weird experience anyway or won't understand all the hubbub around it.
