I don't know the numbers, but I know the PS3 ads are great and the XBOX ones are just "here's an XBOX, buy it."

1st - fox mulder jizz is the best jizz
2nd - it doesn't matter how much money is spent (unless you're using a marketing strategy simulation) on it. Sony might use their money more efficiently

He said Sony has a better marketing strategy than Microsoft, not that Sony spends more on marketing.

I've seen tons of sony ads, maybe like one xbox, and i wasn't sure if it was kinnect or move...which is obviously a failure on their part.

once again. i dont care. im not sticking my peen in anything. i dont own a PS3 or xbox. enjoy your xbox. i will wish i had one when the new batman arkham game comes out. but i prefer nintendo titles i couldnt get on either console

Anti, no one cares that you have an XBOX. It doesn't affect me in any way that you like your console. The fact remains that PS3's marketing campaign is better than Microsoft's. Moreover, it's one of the better campaigns in the realm of marketing and advertising.
Add to that that yes, Sony's marketing did factor into nudging me to go back to their product. It has what my other console didn't. It appealed to me.

I don't think marketing is everything. I mean, I've seen twice as many Move commercials as I have Kinect commercials over the past few months, but Kinect completely steamrolled Move over the holidays. I might be generalizing a bit based on my observation, but this example immediately came to my mind when yall started talking about marketing.
