I cracked one of my drum pads the other day...is that included in the warranty? When i signed up for the replacement it said it would only give me a new one if the damage was in regular use and not abuse...do you think they will give me the new one?

My red pad stopped working on the second day I got it. Still haven't received a replacement.

I had to call support a few days ago. All warranties have been extended to October 10th. Hope you still have your receipt though. Even if you don't you might want to call and see if they'll be flexible.
