The updates are a pain...always.
I put a copy of windows 7 on my wife's netbook that i never activated. You can't put a background on it after a month and it keeps telling you that it needs to be activated.

AJF, reading the P90X3 thread, I saw you asking for it. I know for a fact that iptorrents has it. Download it from there and you can use you PS3 to play them. Gettin' fit!

P90X3 is 30 mins per workout. 7 days a week.
Insanity (1st month) is around 30-35 mins. 2nd month pushes 45mins per.
Shaun T's (Insanity dude) did T25. Supposed to be 25 mins per, 7 days a week.

Seriously. Its just a suggestion. Do 4 days...or 3. Just follow the plan though. If you aren't looking to get into extreme fitness mode, I'm sure you'll see results, with a diet change of course.
ETA: I took 6 months to do p90X last year and dropped 25 lbs...no diet change. I did 3-4 days a week at a much slower pace than on TV (kinda didn't have a choice). I've gained almost 10 of it back which has me getting P90X3. I can't decide if I'm doing T25 or that, though. I'll have a decision by Sunday because I'm starting Monday.

I do P90X four days a week--take Wednesday off. Then I try to run 3 miles Saturday and Sunday, and if I can, I'll try Wednesday.

Sounds like you are in pretty good shape already. You would probably have to hit a diet pretty hard and do the full program to see big results.
I, on the other hand, am overweight. I will see results from watching that shite, so doing it in any capacity will be lagniappe.

Do the modified version of the P90X3 exercises. They shouldn't be too bad on the knees.
