I'm trying to figure out if buying or building is best way to go. I want to be lazy and buy one, but I want certain specifics so building might be easier.

Everyone knows you don't keep the bodies. That's why I live close to a pig farm.
One "room" is going to be for yard equipment and other equipment.
Other room is gonna be climate controlled for storage and things we don't want in the attic.
