Yeah just restore it. Hook it up to iTunes, click on the name of your phone, look for "restore" and click it. Goo goo gah gah and whatnot

That's it? Okay, iTunes has actually made me do that before upgrading the iOS. I don't know why. So, this will factory restore it so none of the apps and whatnot are on it?
