Windows 10 because it is easy. I'm not a fan of Windows Server. It offers no solutions but a stable platform.
IMO you should jail your Plex server in FreeNAS. Then run the Minecraft and Rust servers off Raspis. The new Raspberry Pi 3 B+ released last week if interested.

Edit: My buddy just bought a 7700k and MSI carbon pro mobo for $370 with the ebay deal, so he'll buy some DDR4 too if you have any

I have about 64GBs to 96GBs of DDR3. Just no more Dominator Platiums. The are all decent kits though. As for DDR4 RAM I have extra are just SO-DIMMs.

Honestly how do you guys view the tech board? The silly questions with no attempt at personal research on top of individuals pushing solutions with zero working knowledge of solution.
Edt: Plus it is exhausting swimming in the flood of repeated questions and wrong information. They have some awesome threads pop up throughout the year but not worth it at the cost of my sanity.

I accidentally went there (mistaken for this board) the other day. The only thread I remember is a dude asking where he could get a 1070 Ti or 1080 for $450 or less.

anyone need a i5 7400 and MSI b250m pro for a decent price? Just bought a lot and with those two just and DDR4 RAM, but I only needed the DDR4 for my buddy

I do. I have an extra 2x4gb set that used to be in that server that I swapped in for a 2x8gb set.
I'm looking for one more 2x8gb set to get 32gb. I need some ram to run a modded minecraft server, rust server, plex, and dedicated file share server
