So rewind to two days ago, I was playing Rocket League, when my game started experiencing moderate ping and packet loss. The ping didn't get real high (somewhere between 60-80), but I was still getting packet loss. I changed the QoS in my router, and I believe I kicked my routers life as I was then only getting .5 Mbps. (this was a nighthawk 1900 which was about 5-6 years old, so I was fine with buying a new one)

I bought a new router yesterday, and set it in game mode. Started playing rocket league again, my ping is in the 20's, and I started getting packet loss again.

I did a command prompt tracer to google and it appears mostly everything was fine, but I was getting some timed outs from the ISP lines. Do you guys think this is an ISP issue here?

Have you reset your modem too?

Yes, everything has been reset multiple times. Charter came out yesterday and said that they were getting good speeds through the modem.

Has anything recently been added to the network that might be interfering? Also, are you hardwired or using WiFi?

Nothing added recently. I have some port forwarded cameras, but I haven't even reconfigured them yet on the new router.

Hardwired on PC.

Are you experiencing it all the time or only during certain parts of the day? I've heard of network congestion, on the ISPs side) causing things like that during peak hours, but have never experienced it.

Do you have a laptop or another computer that you can test it on to see if it replicates?

It happens all the time as of two days ago.
