In MyPlayer do the coaches do a better job of moving around talent? Like if I'm a SG and go to Houston will the move me to SF or will they leave you behind Harden?

Seems to be. I’m running with Nola and I’ve been getting subbed in as a backup 3 and a small ball 4 with Davis at Center. Made a 6’9 slasher/defender build.

Just got the text that I’ve made the starting lineup but had to leave before I could play the next game. I’m guessing I’m taking Solo’s spot at the 3.

Pro tip: Those of you that play pro-am and run PG, you can call legit nba plays now in walk on/arena.

i got the start last night for Nola at shooting guard. I'm a SG. But i bet they would start the guy playing for the Rockets at SF.

Anyone know where the recording studio is? I got a txt from Sham asking me to meet him there.

There’s an alley in between I think footlocker and a cupcake store. It’ll be towards the end on the right. Just look for the JBL door.

How many games does it take until they name you the starter?

You need to have an A teammate average though

Are the season games getting more difficult the more you level up for anyone else? I went from crushing teams while having a solid fg% and good assist rate to bricking everything and teammates not getting open as I leveled up. Pretty pissed about this but don't know if it's a user error or not.

Apparently they stop after the first season. What's your player's stats right now?

How are y'all liking the online play so far?

Been getting a lot of wins, but the game is pissing me off missing wide open jumpers and threes I would hit on 2k17.

Used a sharp last year and using a Sharp/shot creator this year. 93 3-point rating.

Update on my MyPlayer:
lvl 71
6'7" SG Shot Creator Playmaker
Getting 35+ minutes a game for the Pelicans.
Averaging 9 points, 4 rebounds, and 6 assists.
Average A- Teammate grade.

10 badges total.
Got Silver Dimer, Ankle Breaker, MidRange DeadEye, and PickNRoll Maestro.

Got my first triple double last night against the Brooklyn Nets. 14/11/10. It's a grind to score for us. I drive to the basket, get dunks/layups on fastbreaks, get 2nd chance points, and every once in a while hit wide open shots. My season high is 20 or 21. But most nights now, it's 10-15.

AD has a stress fracture in his left foot, so he's been out 2-3 weeks and will be out 8 weeks total. Me and Boogie are carrying the Pels every night. We've won 9 out of the last 11. Are in 5th place in the West. Our team chemistry is at 80%. We apparently traded E'Twan Moore to OKC for Patrick Patterson. So that helps at the PF spot, with AD out. Plus with me consuming most of the SG minutes, no need for Moore.

I've spent most of my VC on athleticism. I hate being so slow and non-athletic. Can't get open. Now that I've fixed that, I'm slowly adding to mid-range, 3pt, ball-handling, and passing. Defense will be a priority later.

my tip for the other 2k players: Go visit the Juice stand right outside the practice center a few times. The more you visit him the more drills per practice you can do to work on your badges. I now can do 5 drills every practice. Helped me get Silver MidRange DeadEye and Corner Specialist.
