Oculus Quest 2 fans

I played around with a friend’s Quest 1, and it was a blast. I’m considering getting into the market for a Quest 2 after the new year.
Those of you who have it, do you enjoy it? And major glitches or problems to be wary of? It seems like we are on the precipice of VR gaming becoming a major market and I’d like to get in on it.
This is coming from a traditional FPS gamer.

I have a Rift S and am wishing I had waited for the Quest 2. A lot of my friends have the Quest 2 and every single one of them love it. One of them picked up Population One (think Fortnite in VR but you can fly too, if I understand it correctly) and he freaking loves it.
I spent a lot of money on a gaming laptop and my Rift S so I'm not going to ditch it while it's still relevant, but once the next generation of the tech comes out (by that time they'll all be wireless, most likely) I'll probably migrate to it (and hopefully Musk will have his system to where it's as mobile as a MiFi).

I have the Rift, and Quest 1. Bought the damn thing like 2 weeks before they announced the 2. I like the quest, but I'm really mad about the Facebook shift. I don't have a Facebook account, and don't want to get one just to use the stupid VR.
