No Help from Nintendo - Lost Auth/Backup Pin

I reset my phone and lost both GAuthenticator and Backup Pin for 2step with Nintendo.
Now I can't purchase shtt on the shop, anyone had this issue and got it resolved?
Currently Nintendo does not reply and chat says I have to file a ticket, but not getting answer.
