Need Help With Madden 20/EA Verification Code Pop Up

Need help here, I'm lost.
I've had Madden 20 for a while now, never an issue.
Hop on tonight, and I can't get signed into the EA servers to fire up my franchise. There's a pop up stating they'll send a verification code to "my" email, it's one of those where it shows a few letters in the email address and the rest with asterisks.
But the thing is, it's clearly not my email address. I have no idea what happened and most importantly, I have no idea how to bypass it as this pops up every time I try to log into the EA servers, and it gives me no option to change the email address.
Anyone that can provide any help here would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like someone hacked your account, changed the contact email and then set up 2FA. Sucks to suck. Contact EA support and be prepared to have your a-hole reamed.

I can't find any contact phone number to call. Email is slow to answer and not helping at all.
I have no clue how to resolve this.
