This. Hard commits will not switch. But you can negative recruit another team, or they can negative recruit you, along with a good visit/a x2 phone call and make soft commits flip.

ETA: You'll notice once someone is a "Hard Commit" you can no longer use minutes on them and neither can anyone else so he's a lock.
