Poker is fun but I will stick to Craps
Most "successful" poker players ruin their life at the craps table. I have so many stories....
My Buddy was on a private table at Bellagio with Nick Cassavates(film director), Joe Maloof(one of the brother/owners of the kings, the palms, etc) and 2 other guys with VERY DEEP pockets(i had no idea who they were). Long story short, i watched maloof lose about 400k in about 30-45 mins. Some people have to lose or win millions to feel something, its totally insane if you think about it....

and this is why i've never played
honestly the best thing to do about this is to find a table with only 1 or 2 people playing and watch them play. ask as many questions as you need to the other players and even the dealers.
with a small group like that it is really easy to pick up on whats going on when you have people explaining it to you.
it is pretty intimidating looking at a Craps table b/c there is a lot going on and it goes by pretty quickly. and thats what good about finding a table with about 2 people playing b/c chips and dice arent flying everywhere and you can slow down and concentrate on whats going on.

craps dealers amaze me more than anyone else at the casino
i consider myself good at math, but they can run that shite through their head like rainman

Very fast game but once you know it, its basicly clockwork.

i consider myself good at math
Im pretty good with numbers myself and if thats the case as with anything mathmatical you will pick it up pretty fast.
And a word of advice to all, if you wanna make consistant money in craps bet the "DONT PASS LINE". Play on the same side as the casino opposed to the people throwing the dice. Try this and come back and talk to me...

i dont consider the casino to be on either side of PASS/DONT PASS, they are on the better side of the odds

i have only done this a couple of times. and it really is a way to make consistent money. if i start the night out losing my arse pretty quickly, i will slow down and play this

Ok well take it for what its worth, but i know alot of Big $$ craps players and they pretty much all play on the dont pass dont come. When i was a dumbshit and played craps I always played with the roller. When i got coaching from those who really know, i then switched and it paid dividends. Im not exactly sure of the breakdown because im not that deep into it.BUT ITS ALL A GAMBLE, just a slight odds edge or difference that i couldnt tell you......
