Set up DMZ, assign static IP, enable port forwarding, hardwire...everything to make sure nothing interferes with my connection. Ping ranges between 30ms and 50ms. I have no problems with anything else.

I think switching to U-Verse has alot to do with it too. You live out by WatVegas so your connection sucks regardless

Even if it does Cox still only gets about 3Mb of speed and thats if nothing is pulling from your connection. Cox doesnt have dedicated lines for internet so if all your neighbors are online it takes away from you too.
