Madden 17 CFN draft question

My league has reached the end of our first season and we are getting ready to draft. Trying to figure out a time that works best for all of us (10 of us). Those with experience, how long can we expect the draft to last? And do you have the option to speed up the CPU when they're on the clock?

I've done a good bit of 4 people drafts and they can take a while. You can sim through the CPU picks pretty easily but if you have a guy that takes the full time each pick the draft could last about a hour or two.
