I know I'm late and this has probably been discussed, but what is the deal with replays on xbox 360's?

Why does it not show the entire replay? Is there a way to fix this?

TIA

Dude ps3's too, this has always been one of the most annoying things ever for madden and ncaa for years. You are on your own 8 yard line you spin out of two sacks heave a forty yard pass, the reciever makes a brilliant one hand catch jukes a defender and keeps his balance through another attempted ankle grab on his way to a td. You pull up the replay and all you see is him running the last thirty yards untouched into the endzone. WTF

This is correct. It must be something to do with the amount of memory that the replay can hold. Not sure about the OPs specific issue, but both NCAA and Madden have been this way since the PS2 first came out.
