Left 4 Dead 3 ??

Decided to get on L4d2 this past weekend for the first time in a couple of years or so...
A few of my old efriends that I used to play this game with were on still playing. I asked about L4D3, and one of the guys said he got an alpha pass for L4D3. Said the game could get through beta and be ready for release Spring/Summer. It wasn't Valve making it. His son works for the company making it, but I can't remember the name.
It was a well known company, I remember that. No reason for this guy to lie about it. He's an older, successful man.. not some 14 year old..
Used to love playing this game.. Would like to see 3 come out.
Any of you heard any rumors?? The internet just says Valve isn't working on L4D3. Can't find anything else about it.

Ahhh, may be it.
Just googled Turtle Rock and seems they are working on a game called "Back 4 Blood".
I forgot Turtle Rock did the original game. I remember my friend saying something about a different name now. I was a bit inebriated.

L4d2 is probably the online Multiplayer game I've played the most. It's a pretty damn low bar, as for whatever reason I can't get into mmos or really any online games, but that one was fun. Probably the co-op spirt. If people are going to be cheating or just out of my league good, they might as well be helping me out rather than destroying me.

i have not heard anything new about L4D3. World War Z is actually pretty good. Probably the best thing out right now that is close to Left for Dead.
