Tues/Thursday, i wake up at 6 to drive an he to school, take classes back to back till 2, weights and conditioning, team meeting, study hall. Get back home around8 at night

This is part of our Bigger, Faster, Stronger program out new S&C has us doing. Scary part is, this is only week 2.

Adj. DBs
Bench
Squat "bars" I guess. I can squat from the bench
leg ext and curl
ez curl bar
ball
jump rope
pull up bar
weight vest
I think that's about it. No hack squat, leg press, etc. All free weights all the time

The 2x20 is rough. Did that back in HS. 245 on 2x20 plus other leg workouts will get you ready ha.

I'm doing a 5x5 routine to get back in to it.
squat
bench
row
squat
shoulder press
deadlift
warm up with pushups and pullups and throw in some curls and tri ext on "off days" to get my arms back

Thats more than enough. Everything you will be doing will be your own body weight or with a barbell.

I know. The strength coach USM just hired helped out with our workouts in high school. Dude knew how to make everyone stronger. Went from benching 220 to 275 in 2 weeks. Went from having a horrible max on squats to being able to do 245 2x20. Miss those days.
