How can I download Logitech Mouse Drivers?

Reset my PC and I can't get to a page on the Logitech site where I can just download new drivers like you can do at the video card sites. Do I have to install an app first?
It keeps taking me to the community center and bugs out.

I don't know if it's an app but I think there is actually some software/program you have to download
