Get a 16gb, games are typically 1.5/3gb's.

Not sure, I use Verizon for my cell phone. I am sure if you have AT&T as your carrier, you can add a data plan that you could tack on to your current bill.

They had small games/app <50MB, but the majority of full games range from 500MB to 3.5GB. If I had to pick an average, it'd be around 1GB/game. There are some notorious outliers.

Honestly I would get a 32GB card minimum if you plan on playing your Vita a lot.

Well, the great majority of games are available physically, so you'd still be able to play things without worrying too much.

Remote Play doesn't need memory on the Vita to work. The games are stored on the PS4 and streamed to the vita.

This is exactly what I did. Wanted to get all of PS+ downloaded and installed on Vita.

64gb? Has to be expensive, I picked up a 16 for $20.

how well does this work for you? I've tried it at my gf's house, and it seems to buffer a lot for mlb the show. I've thought about just buying the vita version for $20 on amazon. Can I carry my RttS from my ps4 to the vita?

I've only tried with Knack and UI navigation/testing. It worked just fine with that, but I imagine The Show would require more bandwidth.

Unsure if you can transfer saves between platforms, but I know that some games allow it.

I had issues the first time I tried it, but I'm using the direct connect option and playing Infamous essentially with no lag on my vita.

Direct connect?

Normally remote play sends a signal from your PS4 to your router, then from your router to your vita. Direct connect send the signal straight to the vita.
It typically has less lag but it has less range and gets really choppy when your vita and PS4 are separated by walls.
