Help- I’ve gotten XBOX app on my PC - RPG/Adventure Recommendations

All,
I’ve always had PlayStation/ PS3, PS4, PS5, etc. and have played numerous ROG games with my favorites being Witcher, Skyrim, HZD, Elden Ring, Souls, etc.
For PC I’ve mostly played strategy games like CK2, Total War, AOE, etc.
I now I have a gaming laptop that has Xbox on it. A few questions for you guys:
1. What RPG titles would you all recommend from XBOX or PC that weren’t available for PlayStation?
2. I have a Lenovo Legion. Will I be able to hook that up to my AV Receiver and play the games on my CX OLED TV?
