Anyone have any experience recovering a hacked psn account. Sony isn't much help.

Did you really not set up 2fa? Maybe by trying to log in on the PSN app or webpage and hitting the “forgot password” link to reset?

Yes. Been hacked twice within 5 years.
You gotta call PSN, and they’ll walk you through steps on recovering your acct.
They’ll ask something like what was your last purchase? Date, price, etc..
