Game Recommendation : Ready or Not

Been playing this with some friends lately and it's been really fun. Very immersive and accurate SWAT simulator. Some missions Are incredibly dark, so it's true to reality of all the sick shite SWAT guys encounter. Highly recommended, but you may want to make sure your PC is relatively modern to play at a decent framerate.
