Fortnite question

My kid is 11 and is playing a ton of Fortnite lately. We have a switch, Xbox and PC and he plays the same account on all platforms. Here is my question: my brother has an older account on his switch that he never uses but my son wants one of his skins. Is there anyway to link these accounts? My brother will not be paying so that wouldn't be an issue, I assume he has an epic account (I guess you would have to?) si idk if these can be merged or not.

Nah. Accounts can’t be linked or merged.

Thanks. I didn't think so but figured I'd get my answer here.

I’m not positive how it all works but can’t your brother gift your kid the skin he wants?

Only if it’s in the Item Shop. You can’t gift someone a skin that isn’t currently for sale.

What system is your brother’s account? If it is a system different than what has already been linked , like a PSN account, then yes he can link it. But if it is the same as he already plays on then the answer is no
