EA CFB 25 help

I keep getting “The Connection Failed! In order to access online features for this title your account on PlayStation Network must be signed in and you must be signed in to the EA servers”

The problem is that my EA account and PlayStation account have two different emails. It’s maddening. Do I need to just delete the game and start over?

Having two different emails for those two accounts is not the problem. Restart your ps5

I’ve gotten the same message since I bought the game in the summer. It’s not a restart your PS5 kind of problem unfortunately

The EA account needs to be linked to your PSN account.

Thanks. It’s saying my PlayStation account is already linked to some other EA sports account and so I can’t link them. So frustrating

EA should have a customer service chat system you can use to straighten it out.

I had this problem when I got the game. EA Support has to fix it
