if you blitz, make sure you get to the qb/rb etc.
Defense:
Run 4-3/3-4 on 2rb 2wr formations
run nickel or dime on 3 wr formations, (or if the dude is passing every down)
cover 2 man in dime nickel will pretty much stop the deep ball (in the event of a hail mary)
run zones on quick passes, I press the cbs as well when i know this is going on.
Offense
follow your blockers
dont run out of the pocket

Still would like a ruling on Seymour. Not trying to be an arse. I just feel like he was traded from the pats to the raiders. I'd give up what was given to the pats from the raiders as well, obviously. I know it's not real life and this is our franchise but just would like a ruling on it

IMO no on the forced trade of Seymour. I think we started our league and from this point we are running our teams.

I vote no on Seymour and for any other NFL trades made. We should go with the rosters we had when we started week 1 unless you work out a user-user trade.
