Great game, I've got multiple play throughs.
I think my first run through took me several reloads to finish last act/fights.
I've had some playthroughs were my squad was pretty much just godmode and I took any arse I wanted for my own.
You can find some build guides with minimal effort to help. You can respect with ease, may frick up your gear situation a bit though.
Best RPG imo i've played in 43.
