sorry. actually have an email in my draft that i was gonna send back to you.
it was very informative. sounds like you got a good deal. i have to submit my bid for the lot by June 30th so im gonna send out some UAV's over the neighborhood in the upcoming weeks and decide which one is right for the pickin (theres about 15 lots im looking at). I can submit as many bids as i want but only can be awarded one - highest priority that wins the auction - after that i will start building then i can really bug you with some questions
