your strat is fine, just replace the slightly ambiguous term "roam" with a more specific task of "defend primary" or "pressure opposing spawn" IMO.

On underpass IMO, I think you should let them have A and then u can keep them on 1 side of the "creek". Keep b & c . That way 3 on each spread out down both sides and have 2 roaming the center.

A has more then 3 exits. C only has 3. plus you have high ground from the chicken houses shooting into C. the only way to get out is from the C warehouse,the pallet grass in the middle over the wall or the unfinished wall going to B. all can be contained with minimal support
