You can get all three of these games right now for $12 as this month's early unlock games for Humble Bundle Monthly. My buddy bought it and gave me Crash for free since he already has it on PS4. I'm sure the remaining reveals on November 1 will be trash, but Crash and Spyro alone are worth $12.. I can't believe Spyro is even in a bundle already it's only been out a month or so.

Never heard of this. Can I keep all 3 games even after I cancel the subscription after 1 month?

Yes. You can pay month to month if you like the early releases and just cancel every month or actually subscribe. Either way what ever month you pay for the games are yours forever. They typically give Steam keys.
I've purchased only 3 or so in the past 2-3 years. I got the one with Civilization VI a long time ago, one with XCOM 2, etc.
You can go buy it right now, get the 3 Steam keys and cancel it immediately after and you'll still get the remaining revealed games on Nov. 1.
