Calibrating an LG OLED?

I found a few videos on YouTube and tried the calibrations on there. Just doesn’t seem to look great on everything for me. The 4K movies I play look good but sports look like shite compared to my parents 2018 Sony. Don’t know what I’m doing wrong. Anyone recommend a way to calibrate this tv?

I have the CX and hated watching sports on it for the longest time. The problem is cable or YouTube tv is shite quality mostly. Stuff on 4K streaming services or Xbox looks phenomenal.
The calibration settings originally looked too orangish to me but after a few weeks my eyes adjusted. I have to tinker the tru motion settings but the less the better (I use 2 de judder 0 de blur). I’m certainly happier now.
Hopefully 4K is the norm sooner than later. Games in 4K are amazing
Edit: I used the rtings settings. If you really really want you can have someone come do it professionally for like 300 bucks

rtings is a very good suggestion, if you want to go next level check hdtv test on YouTube. Asian guy who lives in England, absurdly technical but will have more detailed info
