Each system is running, but the screen remains blank. Both worked last night.
What is my issue?

Are you running them through a hdmi switch? Either way plug a different device in the hdmi port to make sure tv isn't having issues on those ports. Disconnect hdmi from both ends of console and reconnect. Try the console on different tv. Try another hdmi cable are a few of the things I suggest to find out where the issue is coming from.

Reset your display settings
On the console, press and hold the Power button on the front of the console for 10 seconds to turn off the console. Press and hold the Power button and the Eject button until you hear a beep to turn on the console.

Did you unplug the connection from the TV and the Xbox and plug it back in? That has fixed this issue nearly every one of the handful times I've had it pop up.
Once I had to unplug an Xbox from power and plug it back in. I believe it was stuck in sleep mode but don't know for sure.
