Asus ROG Ally question for anyone that owns one

I downloaded a few games, Escapist 2 (from epic store) and Stranglehold (from GOG) both are playing as desktop games. They both are only giving keyboard and mouse instructions. Is there a way to play them in handheld mode? I have played other games without any issues but can't figure these out.

Escapists 2 is also on console so I’m sure there is a way to put it in handheld mode.

Yeah I thought it was on switch. I read that if you buy it on steam it will work but since I bought it from Epic I guess it doesn't. Or if so I can't find it.
