Anyone played Snatcher or the fan translated Policenauts?

I’ve beaten both and I must say I actually prefer these stories over the metal gear series. It’s amazing how Kojima was able to create such an expansive and intricate universe in a single game and through the limited gameplay of point and click and text graphic novels. As much as I love metal gear, I kinda wish he would’ve put some resources on remasters or sequels to these games.

I rented and beat Snatcher on my Sega CD back in the day, but never played Policenauts. I thought Snatcher was amazing back then, but I went back and tried to replay it a couple of years ago on my Pi and I forgot how slow the game starts and how clunky the menus are. I couldn't get very far. But yeah, a remaster would be cool, though I still love Metal Gear.

Im actually replaying snatcher on the sega cd for the first time. I beat it a few years ago on an emulator. It’s really fun getting different dialogue options. Yesterday I was playing and got a dialogue option where they were talking about the 1992 Senate hearings on video game violence.
As for policenauts I beat the PlayStation translation on my pi. I heard the Saturn version is the definitive version, so I picked up a fan made English repro and playing that on my Saturn. So far this vision expands on the universe with encyclopedia and more dialogue. I like it so far.

Very little of both, but I know I'm missing out. Both are on my rather lengthy backlog....
