Anyone know how to fix an Xbox One controller?

My right analog stick seems to be stuck in a downward motion so when I play Madden, my guys keep diving at the ground and I've lost pretty much every game I've played bc of this.

Completely remove power from the controller.
Insert the battery pack.
Make sure the stick is completely centered. Turn on controller to register that stick that's centered at the (0,0) position.
