I find it pretty weak...under seasoned and kinda meh. Everything's soft and on the mushy side.

My biggest gripe with WF BBQ too. Depending what kid is on duty, you will get varying quality(nothing to do with meat grade variance) and in portions. Some do a much better job than others in cutting out the fat, and proper portion servings. Have had obscene amounts of fatty marbled slices the last two trips. They may have experienced some recent employee turnover? I put the blame on the worker, not really the product.

Also, the potato salad from the grill by the meat and seafood counters, is much better than their prepared sides and rotisserie side of store version.
