Is there something that can do crawfish boils (1 sack), fish fry’s, 5 gallon cast iron pots of Jambalaya, chili or whatever else? Do I need a jet burner if I want to do crawfish boils? Would a jet burner run too hot for slow cooking jambalaya?

Am I asking for too much here and I just need 2 burners?

TIA

Check out High Performance Cookers out of Covington. They have a system where you can switch out the jet burner with a banjo burner.

Go for 2. Jet burner for crawfish and a banjo burner for black iron pots.

You cannot cook jambalaya with a jet.

You can possibly cook crawfish with a banjo but it’s not ideal at all.
