Definitely wouldn't be out of place wearing business casual. It's a restaurant where you can be dressed appropriately in a blazer and dress pants, or dark jeans and a button up (I wouldn't go below this).
On topic: The brisket is great, I wasn't overly impressed with the grilled romaine (weird thing to say, overly "smokey" IMO), the boudin balls and collard greens are also good.
