What are the top places in Covington for oysters (raw and charbroiled)?

IMO
Half shell and Chimes do a fantastic job w/out being too expensive. Also, my go to for other menu items. Chimes has a great atmosphere and heavy pours w/ a great beer tap selection.

Buster's are good also Chimes. Stay away from the Half Shell

Busters has a good night life scene and food is also solid.
