Took advantage of an online sale & bought a (reconditioned) Vitamix. Now what the hell should I blend?
(Hummus comes out great in my MagiMix food processor, and I made a big batch using Ottolenghi's recipe last week. So pls give me some new ideas.)

different butters, almond, peanut, cashew. Soup, obviously smoothies. One thing if you can tolerate the taste, for a smoothie, it will pulverize an avocado seed.

Lots of soups and sauces.

Damn. This, I gotta see.
Tell me more about nut butters--can you make small batches, or do you have to load up the container to get it to process?

I've done about maybe 4-6 inches of nuts without issue. No need for any additional oil either. Sometimes I'll make some with the Costco smoked almonds. Great on crackers.
You most likely will have to stop it and push the nuts down a few times.
