This is one of my favorite things on YouTube. It's a group of men in rural India who do these big cooking projects, then distribute the food to needy people. (Apparently, the men are all family) It's well shot and always interesting, even thought it's not in English and has limited subtitles.
They'll do stuff like cook stingrays, sailfish, goats...

I'd eat it bugs and all. Not sure if i'd share some barehanded fruit salad with my boys but hey, different culture fruit salad
